Guidelines for Proof Submission

Ad dimensions for LIVE AREA:

Full page: 5.5” (W) x 8.25" (H)

Half page horizontal: 5.5” (W) x 4.1” (H)

Quarter page: 2.7” (W) x 4.1” (H)

Our ad space usually has borders. If you want your ad to be borderless (come off the page):

Full page: 6" (W) x 9" (H) PLUS .125" bleed to EACH side

Proofs must be FINAL, and must be in png, jpeg or PDF format.

Resolution must be 300ppi/dpi.

Final proof and payment must be received by the 15th of the month PRIOR to the month that the ad is meant to run.

EXAMPLE: if your ad is to run in our February issue, we must receive proof and payment by the 15th of January.
